“All true healing is self-healing; no one can do that for you but yourself.” - Janis Reichstadt

Our body's energy does not stop at the surface of skin. We are made of atoms, molecules and star-stuff, emanating an energy field around our physical body, which is an integral part of our body's energy system. This system holds a frequency unique to each individual.

The Qi (chee), or energy, within our bodies flows through a continuous series of streams and reservoirs, acupuncture points, meridians and organs. Qi is also the glue that holds all this together. Environmental, emotional and physical stress factors block this flow of energy, causing negative thoughts, physical and emotional discomfort, dis-ease, illness, decrease in vibrant energy, feelings of being stuck or simply not feeling our best but not knowing why.

If the system remains stressed, symptoms may become more severe. The weak links may be assessed, located, identified and balanced using Qigong. When the system is balanced with good quality and volume, healing energy freely circulates raising the energetic vibration, increasing vibrant health and promoting positive emotional responses. This creates a feeling of empowerment and a sense of control over one's own life. An inner alchemy unfolds.

Energetic imbalances are a source of inner wisdom. Our bodies are speaking to us in ways that our minds have not recognized. Clinical Qigong sessions and self-practice can be a powerful catalyst for accessing this deep inner wisdom, revealing true inner essence - your authentic self. This helps you to move through life from your “center of well being.”
