“Clinical Qigong healing views the entire energetic perspective, tapping into roots and causes of energetic imbalances.” - Janis Reichstadt

A session will last approximately 90 minutes beginning with a brief discussion of concerns and/or symptoms. The client's concerns and/or symptoms are important, but the treatment actually reaches under the symptoms to the person's core energetic system creating deep, holistic benefits.

The client lies on a massage table, fully clothed with shoes off. A number of ancient Qigong modalities are performed during the session. Techniques are used to relax and calm the body and mind. The energy-body is then assessed and rebalanced.

After the session, there is a review of findings, and Qigong movements and meditations will be taught to enhance and engage the healing process.

After the session, it is advised not to engage in any stressful activity for several hours.
